This guide supports a 2-hour to half-day pilot session. It is designed for live delivery, slower-paced participation, accessible discussion, and practical outputs.

15 min	Next steps	Ask each learner to choose one 7-day implementation action.

Opening script

Welcome to AI at Work. This session is practical. We are not here to become technical experts. We are here to learn how to use AI more clearly, safely, accessibly, and responsibly in everyday work. Please do not enter private client information, passwords, identity numbers, or confidential material into public AI tools during this session.

Accessibility delivery checklist

Ask about access needs before the session. Provide agenda and materials in advance where possible. Use plain language and explain AI terms. Read important visual information aloud. Allow extra time for typing, navigation, and tool switching. Provide alternatives for learners who cannot use a specific AI tool. Do not rely on colour only in slides or activities. Provide captions or transcripts for any video content.
