Status: This is a professional development foundation course. It is not currently registered as an NQF qualification and does not certify learners to install, operate, maintain, transport, or handle hydrogen systems.
Cohort pricing
Inclusive Green Skills cohort: from R37,500 / US$2,350 for up to 15 learners. Larger, multi-site, SETA, municipal, TVET, NGO and tailored programmes are scoped and quoted.

Recommended delivery pathway
Start with an Inclusive Green Skills Readiness Snapshot. Gather basic information about the client, learner group, sector, accessibility needs, and intended green-economy outcomes.
Deliver Green Hydrogen Foundations. Use the existing course modules, logbook, quiz, and reflection activities as the learner-facing training experience.
Review learner and accessibility evidence. Analyse logbook themes, support needs, quiz results, completion data, and learner pathway interests.
Produce a workforce readiness summary. Give the client a practical report showing skills gaps, inclusion risks, reasonable accommodation considerations, and next actions.
Progress learners into next pathways. Recommend technical training, ESG, entrepreneurship, project coordination, accessibility, policy, community engagement, or digital skills routes.
Where AI fits
AI should support the programme rather than replace the facilitator, assessor, or accessibility expert. It can help BeAccessible and partners work faster, communicate more clearly, and identify barriers earlier.
Plain-language support: convert complex net-zero and hydrogen content into clearer summaries, glossaries, FAQs, and learner support notes.
Learner insight summaries: identify common skills gaps, learner interests, accessibility requests, and areas needing facilitator follow-up.
Reasonable accommodation planning: draft practical support considerations for learning participation and future green-economy roles.
Reporting: prepare first-draft cohort summaries, funder updates, ESG inclusion notes, and 30-, 60-, and 90-day action plans.
Accessibility improvement: suggest alt text, captions, table improvements, screen-reader-friendly wording, and inclusive assessment language.
Responsible AI note: AI outputs must be reviewed by a human before use. AI should not make final decisions about learner competence, employment suitability, disability support, safety readiness, or certification.
